CeSAR is a research institute founded on three fundamental objectives:

to study and measure the reputation of
- public and private organizations,
- products and brands,
- people,
- territories;

to supply working instructions for the monitoring of reputation and for the construction of the instruments suitable for that purpose;

to contribute to the development of methodologies of analysis and measurement of reputation.

In its study CeSAR:

integrates qualitative and quantitative instruments of research to understand the complexity of the topic in question;

seeks long term continuity that allows the understanding of positive and negative variations of the indicators of reputation;

compares the dynamics of reputation between competitors and different stakeholders.
