Seminar at "La Sapienza" of Rome
CeSAR will hold a seminar entitled "Corporate Reputation" for the students of the Facaulty of Science of Communication of the University "La Sapienza" of Rome.
The aim of the initiative is to make students aware of the enormous importance of the concept of reputation in society today and to stimulate thought on this issue.
The inauguration of the seminar is accompanied by a blog on wich partecipating students and anyone interested can exchange opinions and comments regarding the lessons and estabilish a more direct communication with the staff of CeSAR.
The seminar comprises two main activities:

theoretical examination of the concept of corporate reputation and of models of management and measurement;

practical examination through the building of research aimed at exploring the practical effectiveness of corporate reputation by the practitioners of the sector.
The theoretical part of the seminar follows a programme based on four main principles
- scenario: how the problem of reputation comes about;
- definitions: the academic and multidisciplinary debate on the subject;
- models of management: how one builds and defends a good reputation;
- models of measurement: the indicators of reputation and the techniques of revelation.
The practical part will result in the construction of a research by the practitioners of the sector:
- methodology statement: population refered to and sampling;
- analysis results statement: questionaire and analysis techniques.
The seminar will have a total duration of 40 hours.
With respect to the academic calendar the seminar will be divided into three periods.
The dates of the first period (10 hours of lessons) are as follows :
- Wednesday 21 november - 9.00-11.00;
- Monday 6 november - 17.00-19.00;
- Wednesday 5 december - 9.00-11.00;
- Wednesday 12 december - 9.00-11.00;
- Wednesday 19 december - 9.00-11.00;
All lessons will take place in via Salaria 112/113 in room B10
